Our process heats the image to a high temperature and infuses the image into the mug itself ensuring high durability.

There is no need for you to crop your photo before sending as we will do all that for you but obviously landscape images will work best. If we feel that your photo isn't achieving a perfect enough look we will send you a mockup for you to approve before we go ahead and print it.
